[AH] div heads meeting

Reminder:  There will be a division heads meeting at the hotel at 7pm 
this coming Monday, November 7.

The major topic of conversation will be the upcoming budget amendment, 
and we will be playing a resource allocation "game" to determine what 
gets put into the budget.  I hope to have more information about this 
process in email tonight.

Div heads should attend or send either an assistant or a report.

Area heads may attend if they desire, but I don't expect many of them to 
do so.
