[AH] use of Arisia equipment

One of the things that came up at the most recent concom meeting was 
allocation of Arisia equipment.

For example, we have a donation of another full size fridge (pending 
someone to pick it up from Cris' place in NH), and we're rearranging 
where the food functions are arranged.  Con Suite is now going in a 
suite that has its own full size fridge, and it looks like one way or 
another Staff Den will also have at least some fridge access apart from 
what we provide.  Green room will be the only big food function that 
doesn't have its own, so it can have whichever of the big fridges it 
wants and won't have to deal with little fridges any more.  Does Staff 
Den or Con Suite want the other big fridge?  Gopher Hole, Ops, and 
Security have each requested a little fridge.  We can get more little 
fridges from the hotel -- who wants them?  Is there something else I'm 
not thinking of that might want the smaller of the big fridges?

Likewise, is there other equipment we bring in whose use is predicated 
on how we arrange things in the hotel and which we should be thinking 
about reassigning between areas?
