Folks -

How to get what you need:

If you need a change made to a report please send email to
zambia@arisia.org and include the URL of the page you need changed
along with a description of what you'd like to see different.   If I
don't know what your role is, please include that as well.   I will
reply when I see your note.

If your change is outside of reports, follow the reports instructions
and expect more discussion and a longer time period before it to
happens.

If you need access and you don't have it.  Registration can grant
access.  They need to know what division you are in.  They can look up
and tell you your badgeid, which you will need.  (aka email
reg@arisia.org for access.  we just forward access requests on to
them.)

If you need a password reset, other folks with staff access can do
that.  (If you don't know anyone, try your favorite program or events
person or you could ask on #arisia)    If all else fails, feel free to
email zambia@arisia.org but response will not be real time.

Random answers:

URL is the link to the page, you'll find it near the top of the
broswer window.   It starts with: http://two-step... and probably ends
in .php (or maybe .csv).

zambia is the tool being used by a number of divisions to manage
schedule information.

One last note:

The 2 of us that answer zambia@arisia.org are headed out of town RSN
and will not have net until Tuesday 1/2/7 at earliest.   So don't
expect a response to email until then.  However, there is time set
aside next week to work on reports so please do send your requests in.
