As you may have seen, Phi has posted the hotel's specs for the convention 
under "Hotel Banquet & Event Orders" at 
http://2006.arisia.org/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=82 .

These need to be signed off on by tomorrow (Monday).  Any changes made 
after that will be either expensive or impossible.

Please look through and find the pages relevant to you, and confirm that 
everything is correct.  If anything needs to be changed, let me know ASAP 
(by tonight).

Unfortunately I'm not feeling well, so my focus is a bit off.  Therefore 
I'm less likely to catch things than usual.  Please take a few minutes to 
make sure you'll have what you need for everything to run smoothly.
