[PS] warming up for '04

Hello out there... for those who haven't heard, I'm running programming for 
Arisia '04, and I'm going to need help.  :-)  I understand you have been 
nice enough to help out in the past.  I'm trying to get organized, and 
figure out what needs to be done, and who will be able to do it... so 
please tell me (a) whether you're willing to help this year, and (b) if so, 
what you're able/willing to do.  Thanks very much!
