[PS] Program staff meeting Tuesday evening

Folks,

I hope everybody's been having an enjoyable August!  Let's have a  
programming meeting next Tuesday evening at 7pm at Tracy's house in  
Medford.  (She'll send out directions soon.)  Please let us know  
whether or not you can make it, and if you'll need to be late.

Things to talk about include the list of material from brainstorming,  
the current track managers and who we can recruit for other tracks,  
the state of the panel ideas in the programming database, the status  
of the first programming mailing (which we should have out very soon)  
and more ideas for recruiting program participants.

I hope you all can make it, and I look forward to seeing you there.
