Folks - 

A number of you have been working on getting the sheets Jack wrote up
in electronic form.

Could each of you check in and let me know what you have done?   If
possible, including what you have complete would be lovely.  I know
several of you have made significant progress.  I'm looking for
everyone to speak up and say where they are and where they are heading
so I can make sure everything is covered and minimize duplicate
efforts.

Once again, thank you for your willingness to help get this done.
