[PS] programming meeting Tues 12/12

This is to confirm that we will have a meeting mostly about at-con runtime
stuff on Tues Dec 12.
Location, my house, 59 Orient Ave Melrose MA.
Start time 7 pm.  Dinner plan TBD, may be take-out or I may take a leaf from
the September Isdell Hospitality School.

Topics:
running the office in the media room at con, which may be supporting both
program ops and events (as well as being the reg storage closet)
schedules for the office and hotel resume details for the office
staffing needs for program A/V
supporting pubs with Zambia
program participant packets, ribbons, green room, and all that jazz

An additional topic will be the program schedule and the remaining details
to be locked down there.  The big question will be:
are we ready to send out the mail to participants with their schedules?
