Tonight at my house,  59 Orient Ave Melrose MA. 7 pm.

I will serve a light dinner -- baked macaroni and cheese and a green salad.
Major topics are: room sets /hotel resume, program A/V needs,  schedules and
processes we need for the program ops office, participant packets,  getting
info to publications, and probably a few others.

We've made great progress on the schedule over the last few meetings, but
we'll probably have some discussion of that as well.
