Subject: Last Minute Details

Dear Program/Event Participant,
  A few last minute reminders to make your weekend at Arisia go smoother:
  a..  Please e-mail and tell us if you have any AV/Tech requirements that you expect us to provide for your event/panel/presentation. (Four people all wanting digital projectors at the same time will be a scramble if we don't know about it beforehand) 
  b..  Please e-mail and tell us the name, rank, and serial number of any Tech equipment YOU are bringing to the con. (Thus helping us keeping track of what belongs to whom, since stuff is routinely left in the Nexus office between panels or when folks go out to dinner.) 
  c..  Please e-mail and tell us about any Disability/Accessability needs you may have to take part in Programming BEYOND the usual hotel issues. 
  d.. Finally, when you arrive at the hotel please go to Registration and check in FIRST, then come to the Programming Nexus table (which should be right next to Reg.) and get your guest packet.

Due to the layout of the facilities and a whole floors separation between the Sign Shoppe and the Nexus, we won't be able to provide photocopies or signage on demand. Please plan accordingly.
Likewise due to the reduced size of the Hyatt relative to the Park Plaza, we don't have the Programming space that we used to have. While there were lots of good ideas in the Participants Suggestion section of Zambia, many have unfortunately not made the cut. The real stellar ones will be kept in our Idea Stasis Tanks in the hopes of one day reanimating them.
