I had not intended for that draft to get out to everybody, however i'll shamelessly rip off all of your suggestions.
Regarding the "Nexus vs. Program Ops." mess, i have no idea what to call it any more. Thusly, i await the judgement of my superiors as to what phrase to use. (personally, i prefer Program Ops.)
The schedule is still having a few small conflicts surgically removed, but should be waking up from anesthesia very soon.

Dear Program/Event Participant,
  A few last minute reminders to make your weekend at Arisia go smoother:
  ..  Please e-mail and tell us if you have any AV/Tech requirements that you expect us to provide for your event/panel/presentation. (Four people all wanting digital projectors at the same time will be a scramble if we don't know about it beforehand) 
  ..  Please e-mail and tell us the name, rank, and serial number of any Tech equipment YOU are bringing to the con. Also, you should put a "Property of ____" somewhere in, on, or around the device.(Thus helping us keeping track of what belongs to whom, since stuff is routinely left in the Program Ops office between panels or when folks go out to dinner.) 
  ..  Please e-mail and tell us about any Disability/Accessability needs you may have to take part in Programming BEYOND the usual hotel issues. 
   .. Finally, when you arrive at the hotel please go to Registration and check in FIRST, then come to the Programming Ops table (which should be right next to Reg.) and get your guest packet.

Due to the layout of the facilities and a whole floors separation between the Sign Shoppe and Programming Ops, we won't be able to provide photocopies or signage on demand. Please plan accordingly.
Likewise due to the reduced size of the Hyatt relative to the Park Plaza, we don't have the Programming space that we used to have. While there were lots of good ideas in the Participants Suggestion section of Zambia, many will have to be kept in our Idea Stasis Tanks in the hope of eventually reanimating them for future Arisias
