[PS] we have achieved draft program, perhaps

We are really really close to having a draft schedule to send to program
participants.

Here's the i's to dot and t's to cross of which I am aware:

1) Kelly Cooper has asked some people to be on the Business of WebComics
panel who haven't logged into Zambia. Need to follow up with her about the
status of the webcomics panels overall and these participants in
particular.
2) Is Jude doing yoga on Sunday or just Saturday?
3) We plan to schedule 10 half-hour readings into room 201 from 1 to 6 on
Saturday, but we haven't dropped them into the schedule yet.
4) I'd like to move the filk and other afternoon activitiies in Crispus
Attucks up an hour, to start at 2. This would let us schedule one more
panel in the noon hour if there is something we really want to get on the
table. There are a couple things left with participants assigned but no
slot in the schedule.
5) We should review the room assignments one more time to make sure that (to
our best estimate) things with program A/V are where we think projectors are
going to be and the panels are assigned to rooms in line with our
expectations about which panels are going to be the most popular.
6) The Stitch and Bitch is still not on the schedule.
7) Esther Friesner still has a conflict on her schedule with There Be
Dragons. I haven't figured out a time that that panel could be rescheduled
for her to make it, she has a LOT of program items.
8) There's a panel we want to schedule Hilary Scott onto and it conflicts
with one of his other duties, so it needs to get moved.

Please, if you know of little issues along these lines that have not been
addressed or if you feel motivated to go looking for more such issues, now
is the time.

Rachel
