The program participant mail went out last night. Thanks to Tracy for being
willing to take time away from Christmas Eve to take care of our needs
there.  We are of course getting the usual stream of inquiries and
complaints -- and perhaps a few more than usual since so many people are on
a lot fewer panels than they are used to.

Over the next few days we'll be working out the difficulties with the
partipants involved.  Any changes to the database -- moving a panel,
swapping rooms, adding a participant -- please send mail to
program at arisia.org so we know what you did and why.  Preferably, send mail
to program at arisia.org FIRST.
