I'm working on that today.
2) Is Jude doing yoga on Sunday or just Saturday?
Mail sent, no response yet. While it's pretty simple to schedule it, if we
don't make the pubs deadline for the Sunday session I think we should not do
that one.
3) We plan to schedule 10 half-hour readings into room 201 from 1 to 6 on
> Saturday, but we haven't dropped them into the schedule yet.
We still haven't. I'm uneasy about whether the room layout for prefunction
A is going to work as we expected, and if that space turns out not to be
available, we can move those panels to Room 201. I hope we can get this
nailed down in time to know for sure one way or the other.
4) I'd like to move the filk and other afternoon activitiies in Crispus

Not doing this after all. More interdependencies than you can shake a stick
at. Crispus Attucks will be used for Kids Gren Room from 6:30 to 8:30pm on
Sunday to help out with Masquerade logistics.
5) We should review the room assignments one more time to make sure that (to

We're still working on this.
6) The Stitch and Bitch is still not on the schedule.
I don't see a great place to put it. Ideas welcome.

Esther is willing to do three panels in a row. What a hero!
8) There's a panel we want to schedule Hilary Scott onto and it conflicts

Done.
Please, if you know of little issues along these lines that have not been
