[PS] Program Nexus

Hello again -

Thank you for your expressed interest in helping out in the
programming operations office at Arisia 2006! We are beginning to
arrange the schedule of coverage for the programming operations
office, henceforward known as the Nexus, and would like to confirm
your availability. Please reply to this email with the following
information:

- Can we still count on you to assist in the Nexus at this year's Arisia?
- What are your shift preferences?
- What times/days are you absolutely not available?
- Who else do you recommend as a volunteer for this year's Nexus? What
is their email address?

We also ask that this group convene at least once, possibly twice prior to
the con, to meet one another and to familiarize you all with Zambia, the
new programming database tool. To that end:

- Can you make it to a meeting Tuesday 1/10 at 7:30 pm (near Davis Square)?
- Can you make it to a meeting Thursday 1/12 at 2 pm (near Davis)?
- Can you make it to a meeting Friday 1/13 at 2 pm (at the hotel)?

Finally, within the next 5 days, we need to coallate the program
participant packets. If you would like to put in some volunteer hours
prior to the con, this would be an excellent opportunity to keep all
your volunteering under the auspices of Progamming.
