Phi is speaking here:

If there are any programming folks awake late/early:  Skip's expecting to
do a very last minute zambia dump for the grid sometime tomorrow.

[and further]
Skip is assuming that he can do a dump of the data any time he wants up
until the end of the con without coordinating with anyone.  If there will
be an instance of Zambia running during the con from which he can do this,
no further action is necessary.

If the Zambia instance on Zydeco is coming down or becoming inaccessible,
please warn Skip and give him enough notice to grab the data he needs.

He's trying to get all of the changes from the past week, plus the newest
ones from gaming (Joel is putting them in tonight),, plus any other ones
that happen before he gets around to doing the dump
