64 days 'til Arisia! It's been a while since we've used the program-staff
list. If you don't want to get mail on this list, please respond to this
mail or unsubscribe through following the directions at
http://www.arisia.org/mailman/listinfo/program-staff.

Brainstorming has done its work and we've come up with a great list of ideas
for the year to come. That list is going to be in the hands of program
participants by this weekend, and then we'll be in the thick of things for
programming.

Everyone on this list SHOULD have staff privileges to access Zambia, our
programming database.
To log on, do this:
go to http://two-step.netbusters.com/~trg/arisia07
<http://two-step.netbusters.com/%7Etrg/arisia07>
Your login id is your badge id and your password, if you have not previously
logged in this year, is changeme. If you don't know your login id, reply to
the list and we'll look it up for you.
If you have staff privileges, you will see a tab that says "Staff Pages".
If you don't see that page, get in touch.

Even if you are not planning to do pre-con work and only planning to work at
program ops, please do this now so that we can solve any access problems
sooner rather than later.

I am working with Tem and Jack to schedule December meetings. There will
definitely be a Saturday work session to do part of the scheduling on Dec 2
and Dec 9, times to be announced. Separately, there will be a meeting
specificially to discuss operations issues -- A/V, and how things work at
runtime. Other meeting dates are under consideration, please reply with good
and bad times if you know what they are.

Thanks,
Rachel Silber
for Arisia programming.
