one of the things to figure out is what visual aids if any we want for Sat
12/2; if we do want a big visual grid with stickynotes it takes some prep
time.

In zambia, the report

can't remember offhand how to navigate to has a column for "invited
guest?".  That makes the list relatively easy.

There's a google spreadsheet for room usage. Anyone in the reach of this
email who wants to be able to read it, sing out ... gmail addresses work
best, but other addresses are supposed to work.
