We need to send out another note to all the participants to get people to
look at Zambia and fill in all their info. Please review the drafts below
and send me comments. NB, we want to mail this out approximately Tues or
Weds of next week. Tracy, does that timing work for you? Can letters be
varied by whether the availability info is present? I will make any updates
based on comments I get back and send final copy to Tracy by Monday night.

Note, I think I'd like to separate the bios reminder into a separate email
that should cover both bios and badge names, making sure they are correct.

1. People who have not indicated "yes they are coming"

Dear FIRSTNAME LASTNAME,

Arisia 07 is getting close. We have appreciated your participation in
prior years, but we have not heard from you this year. Please let us know
whether or not you plan to attend. We would like to hear from you as soon
as possible! Our deadline is December 8th.

The best way to keep us informed is to use our programming database which is
accessible on the web. Use the following information:
1. Go to http://two-step.netbusters.com/~trg/arisia07 with your favorite
browser.
2. Use your login id, BADGEID, and the password "changeme" to log into the
database.

The initial login page will allow you to let us know if you are coming and
to change your password. From there, you can select from this year's panels
and let us know details of your schedule.

If you will not be at Arisia 07, you can choose NO for this year's
participation. In that case, you will not receive more mail from us this
year, but you will remain on our list for future years.

We hope you will write to program at arisia.org with any questions or
difficulties that come up. We look forward to seeing you.

Sincerely,
Jack Dietz, September Isdell, and the rest of the Arisia Programming team.

2. People who have indicated "yes" but have not selected panels.

Dear FIRSTNAME LASTNAME,

Arisia 07 is coming up fast! We know that you are planning to attend Arisia
and we'd like to remind you that our selection of panels for this year has
been put on the web. The best way for us to get information from you is for
you to use our programming database and fill in some simple forms We look
forward to your participation in panels that you'll really enjoy. We are
already beginning to form the schedule, and the sooner we hear from you the
easier it will be for us to accomodate your needs.

Here's how to get to the programming database:
1. Go to http://two-step.netbusters.com/~trg/arisia07 with your favorite
browser.
2. Use your login id, BADGEID, and your password to log into the database.
If you have not reset your password, the default value is "changeme".

Please read the information on the welcome page to help you select panels,
let us know your preferred schedule, and provide a bio for our program
book. Bring your questions to program at arisia.org.

We look forward to hearing from you,
Jack Dietz, September Isdell, and the rest of the Arisia Programming team.

3. People who have selected panels

Dear FIRSTNAME LASTNAME,

We're delighted to have your selection of panels. We've made a couple of
last minute changes that you might want to be aware of.
First of all, the Anime panels did not appear in the panel search box when
we sent our last mail. This error has now been corrected, and you
can now see and sign up for panels in the Anime Programming track.

Secondly, we've added a very small handful of new panels to the list. To
make it easier to find them, they are all grouped under the "track" New
Items. Please take a look and see if there is anything you are interested
in. If you want to see what you have selected in the past, click on the My
Panel Interests tab.

As a reminder, here's how to get to the programming database:
1. Go to http://two-step.netbusters.com/~trg/arisia07 with your favorite
browser.
2. Use your login id, BADGEID, and your password to log into the database.
If you have not reset your password, the default value is "changeme".

<if their max panel # is NULL>
Please check the My Availability tab in the database. We want to schedule
you for an appropriate number of panels and avoid conflicts with other
things you may be doing at the convention.

We look forward to seeing you at Arisia 07,
Jack Dietz, September Isdell, and the rest of the Arisia Programming team.
