[PS] operational change to support not messing things up (any more)

Hi,

My two cents ­ this is a great idea!  Since so many people are working on
the scheduling, and there are too many constraints for any one person to
remember, it is imperative to make some accommodation to insure that things
that can¹t move for an important reason don¹t move.

I also like the identification of the person/persons who should be contacted
before moving that item so that they can be involved in any possible
changes.
