[PS] Fwd: Program Schedule Meeting

I can't be at the scheduling meeting this weekend, I'm going to be
drowing in relatives. 

I've gone into Zambia and scheduled all the filk items that I'm sure
are running. There's an outside chance of perhaps one more filk pannel
running if enough potential pannelists actually express interest, but
I'm not going to hold my breath. I don't have enough people interested
in any one topic right now.

I've scheduled the song circles in blocks of 2 hours during the day
(back to back song circles with different themes). Feel free to move
them around a bit within the day if necessary to schedule other items,
just keep the 2-hour blocks and I'd strongly prefer that none be
before 11am. I may be moving which circles are which days around a bit
as I finalize my list of circle hosts. Some are set, others have
people thinking about them and I probably will wind up doing one my
self.

The MASSFILC meeting on Sunday night could move to a smaller room if
necessary, it's a business meeting and doesn't need the sound
isolation, but it's just easier when all the filk items are in the
same place.

I think that's about it for now.
