I was wondering if the Zambia Debrief is happening? Or where am I  
correct in understanding you wanted all this to happen on email?
I really don't think this should. I really think a meeting will help  
all to eliminate confusion that interpretation can bring via email.

Please keep program-staff in the CC field as most everyone on that  
list is interested in the answer.
