As yet we are not sure if Fast Track is under me or not. I am listing
all because wether they are under me or not they need to be Zambia
categories. These are not written in stone. More like warm jello.
Here are the tracks I am proposing for this Sunday's first div head
meeting:
Anime: Anime Panels
Art: Art: Workshops, How-to's, Appreciation, Dosent tours
Comic: Panels, workshops, Web & Print
Costume: Workshops, Masq related items,
eLife: online comunities, Podcast, computers, technology
Fan Interest: not immediately SF but are in the fabric of Fan lives
like Health;
Fandom: group meetings, con 101, gripes, catch all
Fast Track: Panels, workshops, play time etc...
Filk: panels and circles
Gaming: Co-ordinating Gaming room and larps with Panels and workshops
Lifestyles: The social aspects of fans: family, dating, etc... This
includes Meet & Greets
Lit: writing, lit discussions and readings
Media: TV, Film, Radio panels
Science: Presentations, workshops, panels
Teen: Smorgasbord of panels from different areas of the con.

In addition to Track managers being staff, you who are reading this
email are staff. I'll be making the staff list known as soon as I've
got it figured out. If there is something you want to do that I have
