[PS] Zambia update

g'day all -

A number of you have been bugging me for what is going on with zambia
and when the feedback meeting will be, so I thought I'd drop a note
and let you know.

I do want to gather your feedback toward improving Zambia.   If you
could take a moment to jot them down while they are still fresh in
your mind that would be lovely.  If you would additionally spend some
time putting your list in priority order that would be even more
fantastic.   Feel free to drop such lists to us in email.   We'll
collect them and have them at the meeting.   If you prefer to wait and
present your list at the meeting that is welcome as well.

What is happening right now:
  At the moment, we are in the process of moving the source code over
to sourceforge.   This will make development simpler.   It will
provide us with a place to capture and track feature requests and bug
requests.   As well as lower the bar for adding additional developers.

While this change will help in the long run, sourceforge has its own
processes so migrating takes a little while.   The good news is that
the project is now approved.   We can now begin customization and
migration.
