>    -Monitor the LJ group for new ideas and enter them into Zambia
>    -Distribute LJ ideas that aren't full panels to BR for puffing
>    -Enter New BR ideas into Zambia
>    -Examine BR level in Zambia and elevate to Edit Me level
> Brainstorming Will:
>    -Have BR list active for new ideas from Past Arisia 08 to end of

>    -Have it function as an idea puffer after that. To fill out good

> participant list for final emailing. The Idea is the track managers
> will start vetting their area during this time. Each Area Needs at
> least 30 good idea. I will have a number by then of how many panels
