[PS] workshops

[Nicholas Shectman]

Wiscon does their multi-hour workshops (and basically nothing else) on
Thursday, on the theory that during the rest of the weekend no one is
going to have multiple hours in a row that they want to commit to such
a thing.  I don't know if we can get away with that, but maybe Friday
afternoon?
