I don't think there's any need for that; we increased our plans for what we
were making to accommodate the event participants, and we can always run out
for emergency supplies if we need to.

Letter.  I was going to mention that people should be judicious in their use
of the Green Room resources, so all Event Participants and Program
Participants can enjoy the amenities there during the weekend.
