Jeff, I don't know if you saw this?

I think the set of changes we have should be forwarded to newsletter
no later than noon tomorrow so they can get the Friday afternoon issue
together.   Actually, we probably have most of what we're getting
before con already, so perhaps now is a good time.

I think, at this point, we're reaching critical mass that's
officially too many program changes to be put onto one side of the
newsletter (which is the most space we'd be able to allow, due to
other announcements, etc.).

This means we'd like to switch to a programming errata sheet to be
published on Friday afternoon, updated as needed.  We will be
slightly limiting the print run in order to be able to update later
in the con without wasting too much paper.  If there's a conflict
between J. Random's submission and the version coming from
programming staff, then programming staff's version is what will be
printed, and anything not coming from programming will be sanity
checked with programming staff, just in case.  I guess I'm signing
myself up to do that, since I'm pretty sure the newsletter editor
won't have time.

I propose we make copies available at the Info Booth, Registration,
and the publications pocket-bulletin-board-type thingies on easels
that Lisa Hertel was telling me about the other day, which will be
located on 1, 2, 3, 4, 14, and 16 (hopefully near the elevators).
