[PS] invitations to Brainstorm?

A friend who's a panelist and I were talking about Arisia, and she  
said, "hey, I heard there's a brainstorm list; how come the panelists  
weren't notified about it?"  So I thought I'd pass on the idea that  
at least some constant panelists (definitely was panelist last year,  
probably has been for a few years) didn't yet know about the  
brainstorm list, how to sign up, etc.  However the panelist emails  
get sent out, pre-con, it might be good to send a "thanks for your  
hard work, and if you want to contribute to the 2009 panel ideas,  
here's how to sign up for the brainstorming email list" email.  If  
this *has* been done, I guess this is feedback that, at least in one  
case, the email didn't arrive.
