[SA] Concom meeting, Wed. 9/13 at 7pm at the Cambridge Hyatt

Hello all,

There will be a Convention Committee meeting at the Cambridge Hyatt at 
7:00pm on Wednesday, September 15th.  We have four months to go to the 
convention, and there is much to do and discuss.

I understand that not everyone can make it to the meeting right at 7:00, 
and so we'll begin with a brief open discussion.  I'll ask all of the 
departments and areas for a brief report (including work that needs to be 
done) and any requests, and we'll continue with more open discussion 
afterwards.

If you are unable to attend and are running a department (or division, 
etc), please send an email to conchair at arisia.org before the meeting with 
a brief report and any questions or requests you might have.
