Hi Phi... Mary Dumas here (Volunteers)
This is a question that may or may not have an answer...
The Volunteer den... is it an actual hotel room, and who is scheduled to be
sleeping there? If it is a hotel room I'd like to ask that it be settled now
that it will be the men's crash space. And I'd like to rent the other King
room and designate it the women's crash space. If I need to pay for the room
personally I will, otherwise it would be a nice thing to do... especially
given our new location. I want our volunteers to work for the privilege
though.. that's for sure.

The Hyatt has eight King rooms with inside balconies. I have one of
these rooms left (room 506) and I'd like to make sure someone on
Arisia staff gets it (we might want to use it for a display of Hilary
Scott's art, so a random conventiongoer won't do). If you have an
existing reservation I can switch you over (it doesn't have to be for
the right room type). If you don't, now is the time to get on the
waiting list -- I can probably get you a room, but that won't be true
for much longer.
Please let me know if you're interested,
-/phi
