Folks,

The whole point of seperate staff and staff-announce addresses is to give 
people who don't want to see all of the traffic on staff a place to get 
important announcements.

To make this feasible, a couple of points of staff list ettiquite are 
worth pointing out:

1) Only important announcements that everyone needs to see should go to
    'staff-announce'.
2) When replying to a staff-announce post, don't reply-all.  Follow-ups
    should go to the sender or 'staff', not staff-announce.
3) PLEASE don't post to both lists.  staff is _subscribed_ to
    staff-announce, so anything sent to staff-announce will also go to
    staff.  Cross-posting just means everyone on staff will get 2 copies.

As we get closer to the convention, and list traffic goes up, taking a few 
extra seconds to keep these points in mind will help keep everyone's email 
manageable, and let people focus on making Arisia happen.
