To follow up on Noel's advice -- please, please also keep the right-widget
QUOTING to an absolute minimum.  Messages that come in with a two-liner
and then three levels deep of stuff I've already seen are visually
messy enough that the point someone was trying to make just gets LOST.
Not to mention the wasted bandwidth.  Usually you don't need to "restore
context" because we all know what's going on and the timeframes are short
that everyone can easily remember.

So now is the time to go find those "quote entire message" checkboxes
in your mail applications and TURN THEM OFF, before things really
ramp up any further.
