[SA] Logistics/Tagging Sessions: Wed 01/03/07 and Sun 01/07/07, Arisia Storage

For those who don't know, Arisia has Stuff, and Logistics is in charge of 
seeing to it that this Stuff gets to the convention, so all of you lovely 
Staff can have Stuff to use to put on Arisia.

Help us help you.

1) _If you need our help_ getting stuff to the convention, or think you 
might, email logistics at arisia.org _now_.  The sooner we have the request, 
the more likely we are going to be able to fulfill it.

2) _If you can get stuff to Arisia Storage_ between now and Wed 1/10/07, 
we are more likely to be able to get it to the hotel for you.

3) _We need your help_.  More hands make light work, and all that.  In 
particular, we can use help at the times listed in the ***Schedule*** 
below.  If you would like to find out if we are on schedule before showing 
up, cal (781) 405-9147.

4) _Tagging sessions_:  Logistics will be running tagging sessions on 
Wednesday, January 3, 2007 @ 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, January 7, 2007 @ 
4:00 p.m.  During this time WE WILL BE TAGGING EVERYTHING THAT WILL GO TO 
THE CON.  If you expect to need Arisia Stuff in your area (and you know 
you do) it needs to be tagged.  If you send someone from your area to one 
of the tagging sessions, then your stuff will show up.  If not, you are at 
the mercy of our guesswork as to what we think you will need.
