Since arisia.org strips out attachments, I set up a07news at gmail.com as a 
place to send your newsletter items. This may include:

Ads/notices of special events or program items
Calls for volunteers
Information for the attendees
Reports & reviews of convention events
Photos of Arisia (current or past), preferably as JPG or TIF
Program changes
