[SA] Arisia 2008 contract signed with the Hyatt

Following the direction given at recent corporate meetings and as
approved by the eboard, we have signed a contract with the Cambridge
Hyatt for Arisia 2008 to be held over the traditional MLK Day Weekend.   

The Hyatt has been very accommodating to us.   Rooms will be $119 (only
a $4 increase from 2007) in 2008.  Parking will be available at the same
discounted rates as 2007 ($7 self / $20 valet).
