[SA] hotel reservations page up

Tried to make a reservation, but you can't beyond the second screen without
putting in your state, and the scroll down list hasn't been installed.  All
you get is "Select" which offers no selections, and can't be replaced with
the state.

Hyatt reservations can now be made at "http://2007.arisia.org/Hotel".

To view this page, you will first have to navigate to
"http://2007.arisia.org" and log in, either using your own login if you
have one, or the generic staff login which is "staff", password
"07ArisiaStaff".

This page is staff-only for the next few days, and then I will make it
public.  In the next few days, please send me any feedback on this page
and also any hotel requests as I'm not sure the arisia.org hotel email
aliases are all set up correctly yet.
