[SA] arisia meeting jan. 2 at the Hyatt

The final Arisia concom meeting of the year will be at 7pm on January
2, in the William Dawes room at the Hyatt Regency Cambridge.  No one
else will be using any of the function space at that time, though
there may be some work going on in the ballroom.  So it should be a
good time to get a look at the hotel's function space.
