[SA] seeking the loan of a tool

As some of you know, I was asked to effect repairs to the Art Show Roadcase 
by replacing the casters.

The slots in the mounting plates of the casters are just too narrow to 
allow the keyed portion of the carriage bolts to slide up and lock in place 
like they're supposed to.

The original caster mount plates had the same problems, but the builders 
were able to file them wider / more open.

The same thing needs to be done with these new casters, but I don't own the 
right tool.

Does anyone here have a really really SMALL metal file, or a dremel-like 
tool suitable for grinding metal, and would you be willing to loan it to 
me?  If so, pickup can be arranged.  I plan to do the work Thursday of con; 
I'm planning to arrive at the hotel between noon and 2; Art-Show Set-up 
doesn't start until 6, so that should give me plenty of time.

If you can help, I'd appreciate it very much.
