[SA] Deadline for submission of expenses (02/28/07)

Good afternoon,

A quick reminder to everyone that all expense forms and receipts need
to be submitted to Alex by February 28, 2007.

If you have spent money for the convention and do not require payback
(making it a donation) please submit the amounts you have spent and on
what you spent it on.  This will help the budgeting for future years.

If you do not have contact information for Alex please send email to
treasurer at arisia.org
