  Arisia is a tax-exempt organization.

   If you want to be reimbursed for your purchases, you should
printout both the ST-2 and ST-5 forms at the bottom of
http://2007.arisia.org/corpparticulars

  When shopping at places like BJs, you probably should go to their
customer service desk before you start making your purchases.

  The paperwork has already been filed with Staples (you'll need to
give them my home phone number for them to find it in their computer).
