[SA] Signshop Update

The signshop request spreadsheet has been posted to the web site:
http://2007.arisia.org/staffdocuments . This is the list of all signs that
met the Sunday midnight deadline. Please check it over to ensure that your
requests were entered correctly, and do get back to me if there are any
errors. These are the requests I'm attempting to guarantee for Thursday.
Additional requests will be processed as time allows.

As you can see, there are *many* more signs requested this year than last. I
should be able to get them all printed and over to the hotel for Thursday
night. However, all the backing materials are in storage and I won't be able
to access *them* till Thursday (about 6 pm when I will get there). So I beg
your indulgence: if you're picking up signs on Thursday night, please give
me a couple of hours grace to get unpacked and get the mounting work
underway. Better yet, feel free to stop by and help, so that your signs get
*exactly* the treatment you requested. :)  For those who've made special
arrangements for an early pickup, we're working on a solution.

Hours: Neither Marty nor I can be at the hotel during the day on Friday, so
if you need your materials before Friday evening, come get them on Thursday
or let me know. We'll try to arrange a volunteer who can open the room and
find your signs. Friday hours will start at 6 pm, and end when the work is
done. Saturday will have morning hours only (TBD), Sunday (TBD).
