[SA] Reminder: Arisia Truck Load Tonight (& other Logistics Details)

This is being sent to everyone who responded to the Volunteers email saying 
they would be interested in pre-con pr post-con work, as well as 
Staff-Announce.  Thanks to everyone who has volunteered.

First of all, the Truck Load is tonight at Storage.

While Storage is heated, the Truck and Loading Dock are not, so

_Dress for the weather!_

As of now, the weather is expected to be in the 20s or low 30s during the truck 
load and breezy.  Quoting from previous years:

"Wear layers, cover your head, wear mittens.  Remember that cotton retains 
moisture (sweat) more than synthetics by a huge margin.  Wool and polartec are 
your friends."

I don't want anyone's con to suffer because they weren't prepared.

Load-In will definitely start on Thursday by 12:00 noon, although there will be 
things starting before then, and the truck unlad may start as early as 10:00 
a.m.

Lastly, I am still looking for Volunteers for Load-out on Sunday and Monday 
(particularly Monday).  If you have any time on Monday, please find me or go to 
Operations in Rm 202, and leave me a message.
