[SA] [ST] [CP] con chair selection

FYI, with regard to A'09 ConChair selection, Jill Eastlake has asked to
be considered.   Anyone else who is interested in being considered
should send mail to Corp rather than Eboard so that people know who is
in the running.  Sorry I didn't think of this in my earlier email.
