A few of you already know this, but there is a nascent convention 
running wiki at conrunner.net and they are looking for any and all 
information.  This has the potential to become a primary 
convention-running resource and I have a particular personal interest in 
seeing it succeed.  Plenty of the information there already is specific 
to particular cons, and having example information ("here's a typical 
shopping list", say) would be tremendously useful not just for your own 
reference or that of future Arisia volunteers but for other conventions 
as well.  I'd like to encourage each of you, as you think over how this 
convention went, to add information to the conrunner.net wiki, or at 
least to look and see what's already there to help you with analyzing 
how your areas went for the debrief.
