[SA] The Debrief

Good morning,

There have been some concerns raised over the exact nature and purpose
of the debrief. The purpose of the debrief is to gather as much
factual information as possible before proceeding with the planning
for the year to come.  We are currently working on arranging the first
concom meeting for February.  This first concom will be primarily
brainstorming with some announcements as to the placement of staff and
structure.

To address the concerns about there not being a place or time to voice
concerns about staff, the way things have been addressed or not
addressed, or a general complaint I offer this:  These types of
matters are difficult to address in a large forum and tend to lead
towards a very non-productive type of stress.  I am available to any
staff member or convention attendee who would like to discuss any part
of this convention.  I can be reached by email, my phone number is
781-608-1211 (no calls after 10pm please without prior arrangement)
and I would love to sit down with any of you over coffee and discuss
Arisia.
If there are enough of the Concom who would like to participate, I
would love to schedule some informal brainstorming sessions.

I would like to once again thank everyone for all of their hard work
in the past year.
