Nope, no discount.

That's correct:  staff rooms will be located as near as possible to
the Staff Den, which will be on the 4th floor.  Probably this means
mostly 4 and 5, and a very few King rooms behind the restaurant on 2.
Shabbat will also be on 4, as will the GoHs.

Yup, anyone on this list is eligible

I can expand the staff block to as big as it needs to be (as long as
it stays smaller than the entire hotel, which shouldn't be a problem).
 So no problem there,
