[SA] reminder re newsletter items

Please, folks, if you have something that needs to be run in the  
newsletter, send in your writeup asap.  Asap = NOW, if at all  
possible.  Keep it brief, because we're already running low on space.

Examples of things that can be run in the newsletter:
open party announcements (location, time, date) (if your party has  
alcohol, it is by definition NOT an open party, and should not be  
posted in newsletter)
lost & found announcements
event changes (which should also go to programming at arisia.org)
raffle details
whimsy (which may be cut as necessary)

Examples of things that do not belong in the newsletter:
editorials
closed party announcements
things that are already listed in the pocket program or other  
publications
puppies

Newsletter items should be emailed to newsletter at arisia.org.  You  
should include the relevant day to run the announcement (Friday  
morning, Saturday morning, Sunday morning, Monday morning), your  
contact info, etc.  Text should be in .txt format or in the body of  
your email.  If you have a last-minute submission at the con, you can  
drop it off at Ops or Info Booth, where there will be submission  
boxes for your convenience.
