[SA] sign shop is closed until con

Sorry, but if you have any last minute sign requests, you've missed the
deadline (badly).

Any additional signs will have to be printed at con or require really big
bribes.

At this point we think the sign shop hours at con will be ...

3-7 PM on Thursday (if we can open earlier and stay later, great, but better
to undercommit and overdeliver), 10 am - 5 pm on Friday, 10 am - noon on
Saturday and 10 am - noon on Sunday, Monday (closing) hours TBD  (all
subject to change if something radical happens) ...
