As always, please let me know what you'd like to do for Arisia '09.  I will
be welcoming emails from you at my 09chair at arisia.org email address.

All volunteering is welcome.  I won't be making appointments without a
closed loop communication with the person being appointed (sorry about the
computer talk, but y'know...).

I do intend to make more appointments soon, but the bulk of appointments
will be made after the debrief on Sunday and into the next few weeks.

Yes, evening meetings will be starting later on weekday nights.  It is
presumed that you will eat before the meeting and get there on time and
ready to do business.

Yes, I intend for each meeting to be 2 hours or less, the weekend ones may
be longer.

And, yes, I expect written reports from all areas in email every month - at
least a full 24 hours before the meetings.  And, no, we won't discuss status
at con comm meetings - we'll discuss issues or decisions to be made.

Arisia '08 was GREAT!!!  Let's do our best to match or beat that.  Forward
